How often are therapy sessions provided?
Most clients are seen once a week or biweekly, while some clients with higher needs are seen twice a week. The total number of sessions depends on what your currents needs are to meet your goal.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
Every individual is different! The length of time a client participates in therapy depends on their personal challenges, goals, and progress towards feeling better. Some clients can work through their challenges in a timely manner, while others receive therapy for a longer period of time.
What if my child/partner does not want therapy?
In some cases, one person is not as willing as the other to participate in therapy. However, it is helpful to receive individual therapy to propel improvement and or communication with your child/partner.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
The difference between therapy and coaching is that therapy is based on a clinical approach to aid with emotional challenges. Coaching is more directive and focuses on personal goals for overall balance and wellness in life.
